The inside of the well/bowl also depicts the fungus motif. This item was excavated legally from a shipwreck and guaranteed authentic from the MING period...

The cup has a soft velvet surface with shadows into a clear white tone. Very nice item. Provenience: The Collection of SR Parker, Esq., past president of the Southeast Asian Ceramics Society(SEACS) (1978-1980). Condition: Very good condition. Small rim frittering exist. A large heavy bottle vase depicting two confronting five clawed dragons amongst clouds and flames and above breaking waves. The base carries the six character seal mark of the Qianlong Emperor (1736-1795)but possibly made later during the 19th Century. It arrived in the UK before 1910 and is from an old West Country estate. Condition - the neck has been reduced and polished. There are no chips or cracks and there has been no restoration but there are surface scratches...

Chinese blanc de chine porcelain statue of Quan Yin, the Buddhist bodhisattva associated with compassion. Her name is short for Guanshiyin, meaning "Observing the Cries of the World." She is seated upon a large wooden seat and wears a gorgeous cascading robe with strands of beads adorning her torso and legs. In her right hand she holds the branch of a willow tree. She is extremely detailed and beautiful. Dates from 19th century. Size: 10" hwight, 3" width

Chinese yellow monochrome hu form vase with wonderful carved and molded dragons and fish on its front and back panels, auspicious elements with coiling ribbons on its sides, floral motif at the vase's foot, raised leaf designs and shapely pierced handles on the neck. A Chinese B&W storage jar decorated with ladies playing a game in a garden, surrounded by children. Marked with an Artemisia leaf. Kangxi period (1662-1722). In the 19th century the silver mounts were added by an unknown Dutch silver smith. Hallmarked with the 'old sword'. This item is in a very good condition., with only a minor glaze chip to the mouth rim. H. 12 cm.
