Pair of beautiful small porcelain plates decorated with scrolling vines and blue flowers. Details in blue, light green, red and gold. 6 character marks on the bottom state that the dishes are from the reign of Guangxu (1875-1908). Qing Dynasty mark and period.

$2,500.00 Antique Chinese porcelain brush washer, with ocean landscape scenes of boats on the water, and inscription on the backside with red chop. The foot is slightly recessed with unusual red mark. The brush washer is of a round form with flattened base and a wide mouth with a very short lip.
Republic period Dimensions : 3.5" x 3.5" x 3" H Chinese Tang dynasty YUE YAO bowl decorated with incised dragon motive inside and lotus petal at outer wall. 17,3 cm diameter. Repaired conditions.

These pictorial reserves show figures in various scholarly pursuits including the study of written texts, scroll painting, playing music and board games, all in garden settings with various trees and vertical rock formations. The body of the container stands on four small corner feet. Glazed a turquoise blue and incised with a Qianlong mark (1735-1796)...

$2,500.00 Chinese antique yuhuchunping, pear shaped porcelain vase with a short foot and slender neck flaring at the rim. Decorated with a copper-red underglaze scene of a four-clawed dragon amid swirling clouds. The inside of the rim is decorated with a classic scroll motif. The area just above the foot of the vase is encircle with a band of trefoils.
Possibly Yuan or Ming Dynasty Dimensions: 13 3/4" high

$2,500.00 Antique Chinese pair of porcelain vases with flared foliate rims and pear shaped bodies. Glazed with a turquoise color ground incised with a flower motif, the front and back of each vase is decorated with two highly raised dragons and swirling clouds in a yellow glazed medallion reserve. Each vase has dragon handles and the ground is decorated with applied objects of scholarly pursuits. Bases impressed with a Quinlong mark but these vases are 19th century.

Sold A Vietnamese 15th century blue and white large yuhuchun vase with bird motif, good condition with part of the rim has been damage restored, size: 31 cm height.

$2,500.00 A famille rose enameled porcelain plate decorated with dragons, phoenix, crane, butterflies and other motifs on coral-red ground, a six character red enamel "Da Qing Guangxu Nian Zhi" mark is on the bottom. This plate was one of the party wares with similar designs made for Emperor Guangxu's wedding in 1888. The plate is in excellent condition beside some scratches on enamel - no chip, no hairline and no restoration. Diameter: 9"

Sale Pending An antique Chinese monochrome cucumber green beaker. The beaker was used as a drinking vessel. It has a cylindrical shape with a trumpet shaped top and flared base and with no handle or stem.

**SOLD** Through our Liverpool Shop April 2022 A pair of porcelain vases, each with globular body and tall cylindrical neck, covered with an even, dark, slightly iridescent apple-green crackled glaze. One of the vases has a white foot rim and is white deep inside; the other is "burned" (iron oxide) orange on the foot rim and inside. These items were made in China, in the mid Qing dynasty, during either the late 18th or early 19th Century. The collector's labels on the bases carry the name W.A... Chinese Ming dynasty 15th century blue and white duck ewer or water dropper. Good conditions except upper part of duck beak has been repaired. 9,5 cm wide. 6,5 cm high.

SOLD Antique Chinese blue and white glazed bowl with low walls and flared rim. Painted with a five-clawed dragon in the center and swirling mist. The low walls are decorated with scrolling flowers and vines on both the inside and the outside. There is a lovely crackling of the glaze on the bottom interior.

A meadow landscape is beginning it's spring time blossoming of fruit trees and willows bear new leaves. Low mountains rise up in the distance and birds fly over a pond. Possibly painted by Lao Sholing who was famous for his depictions of horses...
