A very fine middle Ming dynasty Mingyao b/w bowl, decorated to exterior with flower medallions among clouds scroll below emblems motif reversed on cobalt-blue ground. Inside center with also reversed of ruyi white on blue, encircled by key fret pattern to rim. Condition is good with two slight long hairline, the cobalt blue tone is fine like indicated on the pictures. Seal mark to base, Ming dynasty Jiajing period. Diameter: 18.5cm

DESCRIPTION: A large antique porcelain plate, well decorated with a mythical Kylin gazing upward at a large bird perched in a pine tree. The decoration is in underglazed blue with a clear glaze containing a faint blue tint. The base is unglazed and unmarked showing the finely grained paste. Excellent condition, no chips, cracks or repairs; wood stand not included. DIMENSIONS: 11 1/4” diameter (28.5 cm) x 2 1/8" high (5.4 cm).

A nice rare Chinese Five dynasty or later Yue ware covered box in lotus flower pattern moulded, still in good condition except not so bad glaze corrosion and fainting crack lines/ crazing over the cover area top that is not thru when contain water, probably firing crack or star crack caused by water pressure on the top cover, obviously not from the side up crack caused by hard knock , please ask for detailed pictures if needed as I can't explain it.

An important and rare KANGXI Period Blue & White KLAPMUTS Porcelain Bowl potted with deep rounded sides rising to an everted rim. Chinese late Qing dynasty Guangxu period ewer molded in the form of a seated monkey holding a peach with a young monkey on its lap painted on the biscuit in an iridescent susancai palette of aubergine, green, and yellow. The bent arm forms the handle and a hat is the lid. The base is unglazed. Measures 8” high by about 6 ½” across from handle to spout. Late 19th century. Antique Chinese porcelain plate circa 1900's (Qing Dynasty). The plate is beautifully painted with a sage holding a sprig of bamboo riding a blue celadon. The Sage and fish are accompanied by a gold winged dog. There are three seals. The plate is bordered with three registers. It measures 11.75" wide by 9" tall. The base has four bats, one on each side. The edge of the plate has old fitters from age.
