A rare finely painted pair of underglaze blue decorated dragon and phoenix 'wedding' dishes made in Jingdezhen, southern China, and exported to Europe in the late 19th or early 20th Century during the reign of the Guangxu emperor (1875-1908). Condition: there are some production iron marks;there is a 1.5cm hairline visible on the back of the phoenix dish and there is a light 2.5cm hairline to the rim of the dragon dish...

Figure of Li Teguai / Li T’ieh-Kuai, one of the eight Chinese immortals. Biscuit, enamelled in the Famille rose palette except for the naked parts which are painted in a matted skin shade. Unmarked, probably c 1900. Height "5 /12.5 cm. Condition: a glaze flake to the red part of the cloud, otherwise fine.

A pair of unusual late 19th Century relief moulded cylindrical shaped hat stands painted with panels depicting gentlemen with attendants in a garden landscape, the borders are decorated with Buddhistic precious objects and flower sprays reserved against a yellow ground. On the base is the four character iron red seal mark of the Guangxu emperor (1875-1908). These are probably Nyonya wares, made for export to the Malaysian "Straits Chinese" community ...

Fine Qing dynasty blue and white snuff bottle with a nice over-glaze. A scene depicting a man, likely a gardener on one side and scholar on the other side receiving flowers. No apparent damage. A very pretty Chinese hand painted underglaze blue planter with double walled side panels. In very good condition with the exception of one corner which was broken and glued back into position. Enlargements of this areas provided, see last photo. It measures 9" long x 6.25" wide x 2" high. Dates late Qing.

A well potted rouleau vase finely decorated with famille verte enamel, depicting Zhongkui gathering with his younger sister in a garden, not far from them under a sycamore tree, a goblin is taking care of Zhongkui's nephew. Late 19th century, Guangxu period. The vase is in excellent condition, the only flaw is some old chips inside the foot rim. Height: 43 cm.

A massive white glazed porcelain vase decorated with gourds, grapes, pomegranates and other auspicious motifs in high relief techniques. A six characters "Daqing Guanxu Nianzhi" seal mark is inscribed on the shoulder, and of the period. Condition: losses; minor kiln faults. A wonderful small porcelain vase in the mille fleur palette, beautifully done by a Chinese artisan. A spiny coral dragon with a tiny gold gilt design wraps around the neck adorning this flowery beauty. Dating circa 1900, these are now extremely hard to find. Measures 4.75" high.

Chinese crackle glaze porcelain vase decorated Crackle with colored enamels depicting a battle scene. Bronzed bands around the rim, neck and base. The vase features 4 applied bronzed dragons around the neck and 2 foo dog handles. In excellent condition, this vase measures about 8 inches high.
