A large blue and white bowl decorated with a pair of open mouth Dragons among clouds scroll flanked by diaper pattern and lotus panels, the short foot with classic scrolls. Inside with flower sprays surrounded below the nice classic scroll. Condition is perfect, no any chip, no any crack and free from any restoration. Ming Dynasty 15th Century. Diameter: 20,5 cm.

A Rare of Ming dynasty 15th century (Interregnum period) Moon Flask, fairly heavy potted and decorated with nicely lotus and floral sprays. A very rare blue and white tripod censer standing on three legs, well balance potted with two straight ears, surrounded to the neck with six emblems mark. The body with the design of three friends of winter, these are the bamboo, prunus and plum blossom and one Fungus scroll such known as Ruyi. One from a pair of Guan Jar with completed cover, decorated with a pair of Dragons chasing flaming pearl, base glazed and with six character mark of 'Da Ming Jia Jing Nien Zhe' and of the period. This way of mark write is right one as well, but it's near and predictable as early Jiajing if compare with 'Zhengde' mark and change to be another characters on the middle and later Jiajing till Longqing and Wanli period. The design of butterflies and melons is seldom encountered on Chinese porcelain, found only on a few Qianlong pieces. This shaped dish I feel is from the early 19th century but the ‘orange peel’ surface of the porcelain is often found on Qianlong export pieces. Like the Qianlong painted melons these have a pronounced ‘spotting’ in either famille rose or gold enamel on the fruits.
