The teapot is 4.5 inches (11.5 cm) tall by 5.1 inches (13 cm) wide. The wood box is 7.2 inches (18.3 cm) tall by 6.5 inches (16.5 cm) wide. Teapot is 1.3 lb. Total weight including box is 3 Lb.

The teapot's lid has been repaired (glued back) at corners and has hairline cracks and chips. The spout is also bent and has chips and hairline cracks...

A Famille Rose Dish. Decorated to the centre with swallows in flight above a pheasant perched in a flowering tree and watching a beetle. The rim with birds among floral sprays. Chinese Mid 19thC.Diameter 6 1/8" (15.5 cm). Condition; short hairline in rim 1.5 cm.

Container in 2 parts. Rare form. Perhaps an incense burner or a container to keep a liquid warm? A small undecorated white porcelain bucket fits into a porcelain container decorated with enamel birds. Below mark of Tong-Zhi, one of the last Chinese Emperor. The porcelains of this reign are usually of very low quality, our porcelain is an exception, indeed the birds are well drawn, precision and elegance. Technically, the cooking is perfect, no flaws, no splits or lacks, well-cooked enamels...

Chinese Famille Verte porcelain lidded vase; features two main panels of florals including peonies surrounded by rust-red lotus scrolls; standing lappet border at the base; good condition

Chinese late Qing dynasty sang-de-boeuf (oxblood) flambé glazed cylindrical form censer. The oxblood glaze drips inside at the rim above the thick off-white glaze lining the interior. The censer rests upon vestiges of three small tripod legs. The base is unglazed and has burnt orange. As is typical of late 19th century examples, the base shows evidence where the glaze ran off the base and was broken off the kiln supports. 7 3/8” diameter x 5 1/2” high. Very good overall condition...

Large Chinese Qing dynasty Guangxu period porcelain jar decorated in famille verte enamels with two central panels on opposing sides. One panel features a veranda with a woman kneeling before an official and his attendant. The opposing panel depicts beauties and children in a garden setting.
