This small and unusual porcelain dish was made during the Ming Dynasty (1368 - 1644). It has a foliated rim and moulded "ribs" to its underside. It is coated in a pale glaze that has just a hint of green to it. The thickness of the glaze varies in places, at its thickest it is slightly crackled, at its thinnest it has flaked from the surface a little. $400.00 Just simply stunning, this beautiful Chinese Asian celadon vase dates to the 14th century, it is in perfect shape save a small piece of broken shard that attached itself when some other vessel exploded in the kiln. Other than that, no cracks, hairlines, or other damage is found. Notice the comb lines and well potted sleek. Measures 4 inches high and about 2.5" at widest.

The glassure is covered with enamels of the rose family. It is rare to encounter this type of porcelain Divinity of very small size. The Iron red is of the best colour.
