Antique Chinese calligraphy brush from the 19th century. The handle is made of bone, highly polished, with an incised inscription. A fine red ribbon is the hanger. The bristles are white horse hair. It measures 9.5" long.

A intricately done Chinese fencai with motif of dragons scrolling vines, and peonies. Fine brushes made from different materials with caps to cover the tip were often part of a scholar literati's desk and were called the four treasures of the scholar's studio. The end of the brush contains a seal script mark, reading Da qing Jiaqing nian xing. Age: 19th-20th century Size: length 19" diameter 0.3"

Chinese antique fan painting of a figure poling a boat through great rocky outcroppings, painted in ink on mica coated paper. A poem reads as follows: Passing through the gates of the old cave near the shores of the steep cliff, whoever moves through these crevices will find the seeds and roots of the clouds. The rock contains an inscription which generally reads "Along with similar joyous and pure things". An unusual underglaze blue Chinese cricket jar with charming scenes of a scholar in garden settings. The condition is very good without chips, cracks, or hairlines. Dating circa 1900, it measures 5" across x 3.5" high.

A six-sided porcelain wine pot warmer painted in Qianjiang style with a scene on one side from a Chinese opera relating to stories from the Three Kingdoms period. On the other side is a poem which we have, as yet, been unable to read. It is signed and dated to 1903. Condition - very good - there are glaze imperfections and there are two chips to the base rim (please view enlargement 2); no further damages and no restoration...

A charming little blue and white Chinese water dropper in excellent condition without hairlines or restoration. Circa 1900-10, it measures 2 inches high.

A picturastic painting was done very well on wood in 19th century.
It was painted with mineral pigments and was kept nicely in aged mood.
No cracks or restorations were found.
It still needs a frame work to be as a hanging piece.
