The bottom is not glazed. There are some small glaze chips, very common for this type of monochrome glazed pottery.

Chinese Monochrome Sancai Hexagonal Dragon Vase, Ca. 1920, 7" high, 4" wide, 3" deep, with Monochrome sancai high relief molded Dragon Vase, high relief Dragon on both side under broad leaf border around the neck.
