A nice plate with four windows of famille rose design and with underglaze blue floral ground, base unglazed. Qing Dynasty 18th century in good condition, except minor fritting around mouth rim area. No crack, no chip and free from restoration. Wide: 29,5 cm.

From our Chinese Polychrome Collection, a good famille rose barber's bowl, Yongzheng Period (1723-1735), nicely executed in floral sprig pattern using lively and well-preserved famille rose enamels in rose, blue, aubergine, yellow, green, orange, and opaque white. Dressed on the rim edge with Batavia Brown / iron oxide finish typical for the period...

Description:

A thin, white-glazed dish was decorated on the surface with vibrant motifs of a galloping horse among flowers and weeds.
By the rice-white glaze, it was revealed with the light grayish-tinted body clay on the rim.
With characteristic shape, the tear-dropping glaze, the dated and exact design of the motifs, and the obvious incursions(which in sore's-like condition under magnify glass) happened to the glaze, the dish can be fully verified its authentication...

Description: A black-glazed water dropper was from famous Ding kiln.
Characteristically the body clay revealed was in dense and greasy feel quality.
It was kept in perfect condition when some incursion was found on the surface.

Description: A black-glazed, narrowed-neck bottle vase was squeezed and applied on shoulder with four small looped handles.
Well applied on the surface with dark glaze which was in greasy feel and was yielded with immensely spread crackles due to age, it was sat on a flat bottom from which the grayish white-tinted body clay was revealed.

Date: Southern Dynasty南朝, 5th-6th century.

Provenance: Deqing kiln德清窯, Zhejiang Province...

A rare and unusual copper-red dish, decorated to the interior center with low relief of carved incised unglazed biscuit lively three claws Dragon in copper-red ground dish. Base unglazed with short foot rim. Condition is perfect without any chip, no crack and free from restoration. Late Yuan to Early Ming dynasty. Diameter: 27 cm.

A wood Bodhisattva was nicely carved and was well preserved in very good condition.
In metal-sheen-like patina, the wooden deity was depicted in serene mood by well carved features.
A portion of the base was missing, an old defect.

Description:

A tripod porcelain censer was finely potted in the form of an archaic bronze Li vessel.
The flattened everted rim poised above the wide straight neck when the compressed globular body with a band around the shoulder extending down to form flanges on the outer side of each leg.
The legs tapering down to the orange-russet unglazed tips.
The censer was covered all over in an even pale-green glaze and thinning to a whitish-green tone at the rim and flanges...

A Jizhou bottle in Meiping form was applied on the surface with snowflakes glaze effects.
It was in perfect condition when crackles were yielded under the retrospective glaze...

Description : A Qing Inkstone was in big size and was in hefty weight.
It was hand-carved and shaped in bridge-type.
Well preserved in perfect condition, this Inkstone owned the original mood of scholarship.

A Ming Inkstone was in simple rectangular form and was in decent look.
In characteristic Ming scholar mood, the inkstone was made from the unique Pudding stone.

Description:

A Cizhou ewer-pot was mold in long neck and was decorated on the surface with charming russet mottles.
It was stand on a well defined foot ring from which the body clay was revealed with dense-feel quality.
The glaze surface was in subdue hue when the foot ring was in old look.
It was very rare to find a Cizhou ware in ewer type.

Being applied on the surface with low-relief grapevine motifs and highlighted with brown glaze, this ewer pot was presented in a quite decent look...

Description:

A sitting bronze figure was nicely cast.
Being depicted as a scholar with flouring robe and a official hat, the figure was in casual mood by resting his arm to the stool beside him.
It was perfectly preserved with nice darken patina.

Description:

A bronze sitting Buddha was well cast by well rendered carving craftsmanship.
In very good metal material, the ancient bronze figure was coated with darken patina and reflected with retrospective sheen.
He was preserved in perfect condition only with some casting holes on the back.
He was well depicted in details and showed a grandeur look despite the small size.
An old collection wood box is accompanied.
