This is a very fine, large, well-hallowed, Chalcedony Snuff Bottle of circular bulbous form, with a high neck, a flat wide lip, and an oval foot rim surrounding a shallowly recessed flat foot. The translucent stone has a random mottled pattern of brown and black spots, and a textured burst of white and cream colored pattern on one side of it , nears the bottom, over a grayish and light coffee colored stone ground. It comes with an orange agate stopper with a metal collar.

Small chaire, tea caddy for use at the tea ceremony during colder months, in the shape of a double gourd. Thinly wheel turned, cream-colored stoneware covered in a translucent, finely crackled glaze. The crackle has turned brown in larger areas. Over the glaze a design of arabesques, stylized flowers and stylized waves have been applied in over-glaze blue and green enamels and gold. The cover is decorated with circles in light blue enamel and gold.

Mizusashi or kensui in the shape of a Chinese boy, or karako, holding Hotei’s large bag over his shoulder, as if dragging it.

Over brownish beige very fine stoneware a layer of mottled brown glaze has been applied, over which a blue-green finely crackled flambé dripping glaze. The inside covered with brown mottled glaze, the outside bottom left unglazed.
Impressed mark in the bottom: Kato Shuntai.

Cute flower vase of convex shape with a flaring mouth. Four vertical ribs, creating four segments decorated each with a small impressed chrysanthemum rosette. Fine cream-colored stoneware with a yellowish green translucent glaze with fine crackle.
