It’s rare antique norigae(노리개) pendant. The pendant of knotted silk cord with some gilt-metal wiring, silver ring & wire, engraved gilt-metal blossom, coral bead and a carved jade butterfly as seen in photos.
It’s in very good condition without any piece lost but some surface wear and a light discoloration as shown.
