Comprising 20 figures: 4 carriers with a sedan chair, musicians and figures carrying objects.
Made of pottery with purple and turquoise glaze, red and black pigments. The figures 19,5 cm tall, the sedan chair 22,5 cm tall (including the detachable roof knob). This group was excavated in the southeast of the Shanxi Province. It is very hard to find big groups like this...

$2,800.00 Han Dynasty pottery vase. Authentic and of the period, 221 B.C. to 206 A.D. In the photos, you can see the firing supports that are still intact, as well as the oxidation of the lead glaze, with the silver bleeding through to the surface, all of which lend to its authenticity. It is worth noting that there are several incised bands around the circumference of the jar. Measures approximately 17” (43.2 cm)tall and 10”-11" diameter at widest.

Three shards from a black terracotta jar dating to the Warring States Period, possibly as late as early Han (206-220 BC). One piece has a lion's head mask. The longest shard measure 4.75". Excellent study pieces. Price includes shipping worldwide.
The Kura
Sold thank you A large Han Dynasty (206 BC-220 AD) cold-painted pot from an old Japanese scholar collection enclosed in an ancient kiri-wood storage box bearing a great many stamps inside the lid. The fine clay is covered in elaborate designs in red, white brown and orange pigment. The piece is 11 inches (28 cm) tall. There is minor damage to the rim but no repair or restoration; a fine example of Han Dynasty painted pottery in fine condition.

A Yaozhou incense burner or XinLu was intriguingly squeezed with five feet. In saucer form, the body was decorated with carved motifs on the surface of the rim. It was preserved in very good condition by nice glaze when sandy-tinted incursion were happened in portions. One broken foot was caused during burial. A nice restoration may do it's justice. But I would rather to leave it the buyer to decide... With green and ochre glaze, white and black pigments. H. 16 cm, W. 20 cm. Excellent condition. China, Ming Dynasty (1368-1644)
