Chinese Export wax seal is placed on the bottom, some glaze crazing inside the jar, and minor wears caused by many years of usage in the kitchen.
Pair of beautiful small porcelain plates decorated with scrolling vines and blue flowers. Details in blue, light green, red and gold. 6 character marks on the bottom state that the dishes are from the reign of Guangxu (1875-1908). Qing Dynasty mark and period.
Size of each: 5 3/8" wide diameter.

Chinese Ming dynasty (1368-1644) ritual dragon bell covered overall with a fine celadon glaze that extends down and stops neatly at the unglazed scalloped edge. The unglazed tips are burnt orange-brown from firing. Fine incised details are visible in the body behind the glaze. A double-dragon handle is at the top. The interior is fully glazed. There are no crackles evident in the glaze. Circa 14th/15th century. 4 1/8” high x 3 ¼” diameter at the base...
Chinese late Ming dynasty Dehua (blanc de chine) porcelain bombe form censer with flaring rim covered overall with a white glaze of warm pinkish tone with areas of darker pink pooling. The base and bottom of the flat foot are both unglazed. 5 5/8” diameter x 3 7/8” high. 17th century. From a Scottsdale, Arizona collection. The current owners purchased the censer in Oregon in 1978 from the collection of an American missionary to China prior to the Japanese occupation...

The centre of the dish depicts a Chinese landscape with two scholars approaching a solitary angler.
