Description:

A Longquan table screen was preserved in perfect condition.
It was heavily potted and shaped in good size and was decorated on one side with imprint of poems with real scholar taste.
Whitish incursions had happened to the glaze when body clay was revealed at the feet with applied darken brownish layers.

Date: Ming Dynasty. 15th/16th century.

An export blue and white plate decorated with a bird and floral patterns. Kangxi period (1662-1722). Marked with an Artemisia leaf. Diameter 27 cm. The silver handle was added in 1854 by the wellknown Dutch silversmith J.M. van Kempen in Utrecht(later in Voorschoten). In the 19th century it was very fashionable in The Netherlands to add silver mounts, lids and handles to antique porcelain objects. A very good late Ming seal paste box. In excellent condition apart from the usual wear of abrasive scratches, it has good glaze and is petit. Size is 1.75 inches in diameter and x 1.75" high.

Description:

A Longquan bowl was in nice conical shape and was fired into a crackled glaze imitating the rare Guan wares.
It was an excavation piece for some time from the dry-feel condition to the glaze.
A later touch-up of gilt paint was done to the only defect found on the rim.
From the tint of the body clay, the way the foot ring was shaped and the accumulation of glaze around the mouth rim, all the characteristics stated out that it was a piece from Southern Song Dynasty...

Five dynaties yue "MISE" bowl with lotus pattern outside wall. 17,8cm diameter. Bowl has three short hairlines and views small chipped at the rim. No restorations.

Simple elegance is how we describe this late 19th C. turquoise Noya ware bowl. Good and strong vibrant colors of flowers with auspicious symbols, this bowl has very little wear and is in excellent shape without any chips, cracks, hairlines, and free from any restoration. It measures 10.5 inches long, 7.5 wide and 2" high.

A Longquan celadon censer was uniquely in tripod form.
Uniquely also was the gourd body and the decorations on the surface.
The censer was heavily potted concerning it's size.
And it was fat-glazed.
The glaze was in slightly darken green tint.
Crackles and glaze fret were resulted due to age.
Supported stylized by three evert feet, it was presented as a beautiful item as a true old piece by all the characteristics revealed...

A finely potted deep dish, or shallow bowl, well painted in underglaze blue depicting three sinuous Chilong dragons amongst clouds and Lingzhi fungus. This item was made in the early 18th Century during the reign of the Yongzheng emperor (1723-1735).
