Korean, Joseon period, 19th century.
Made for a civilian official of first to third rank, the almost square showing a double white cranes jointly grasping a Pulloch’o stalk in mouth, soaring above stylized forming waves and amid clouds outlined in couched thread, worked in shades of blue, green white and purple on a green silk ground.
It is in good condition, measures 16.5cm x 18.5cm image only.

A very well-preserved a large leopard rank embroidered with white silk thread on dark blue ground, made for
a military official of first to third rank, a square foaming stylized wave and rock work below clouds, worked in the shades of blue, white, pink, yellow, orange, green, purple and brown on the blue silk ground.
It’s in very good condition, measures 23cm x 24cm. image only.
