Very rare Warring States Period circa (circa 475BCE–221 BCE) jar with ribbed pattern. I’ve seen these in publications, but this is the first one I have seen in person. There is one chip on the mouthrim, as can be seen in enlargements, but otherwise in excellent condition. Very sharply carved with decorated lugs. H: 13cm/5.1in and D: 16cm/6.2in.

$250.00 Japanese Meiji period hexagonal form Kyoto-jippo cloisonne cabinet vase decorated in floral roundels set against a dense wire background. Signed "Takahara" on the base. 5" high. Circa 1900. Very good overall condition with typical pitting and a few tiny dings to the rim.
Chinese Song dynasty conical form bowl with slightly flared rim covered in a pale blue-green qingbai (yingqing) glaze that stops at the flat, unglazed low foot. Fine comb incised abstract swirling patterns are faintly visible in the interior. Nearly 6 1/2” diameter x 2 3/8" high. Circa 13th century. Very good overall condition. There several tiny frits along the edge of the rim. From the estate of Gerhard Lohmeier, a Diplomat at the German Embassy in Beijing from 1985 to 1989.
