Oldbailey Antiques
$1,395.00
You are considering an authentic, archaic Chinese jade pendant in the form of an animal mask, dating to the late Shang dynasty. The piece has a perforation inside the raised squarish tube-like structure which might indicate that the piece was intended as the finial to a pin, or an inlay. The piece measures 2-3/4" in length and is 2-1/4" at its widest (7cm X 6cm). A powerful and rare example. Authenticity is guaranteed.
