Comprising 20 figures: 4 carriers with a sedan chair, musicians and figures carrying objects.
Made of pottery with purple and turquoise glaze, red and black pigments. The figures 19,5 cm tall, the sedan chair 22,5 cm tall (including the detachable roof knob). This group was excavated in the southeast of the Shanxi Province. It is very hard to find big groups like this...

Abacus Asian Art
Sold, Thank You Very Much Well potted with tall size and small foot rim, decorated with nice cobalt-blue of two large Dragons chasing pearl among cloud scrolls at exterior. The interior with a pair Dragons and one medallion in the center. Da Ming Jia Jing Nien Zhe six characters mark and of the period. Condition broken into 5 large pieces + 3 nails size small total 8 pieces, after re-glued, these are two tiny chips and one flake chip. Ming dynasty 16th century. Height: 10.6cm and Diameter: 16,5cm.

$2,800.00 Han Dynasty pottery vase. Authentic and of the period, 221 B.C. to 206 A.D. In the photos, you can see the firing supports that are still intact, as well as the oxidation of the lead glaze, with the silver bleeding through to the surface, all of which lend to its authenticity. It is worth noting that there are several incised bands around the circumference of the jar. Measures approximately 17” (43.2 cm)tall and 10”-11" diameter at widest.
