A very appealing 19th century Chinese cloisonne reclining dog decorated in green, red, white, yellow, and blue against a turquoise ground. A rare example of Yuan dynasty 13th-14th century Meiping blue and white vase, decorated with freely drawn of main decoration Dragon chasing flaming pearl, flanked by Chrysanthemum and classic scroll, the lower part with lotus panels. Foot rim unglazed and very dried. I believed it is after excavated from the deep sea of East Java Tuban port. Condition with one tiny chip and a large chip to the mouth rim, the cobalt blue slight grayish and pale, further in good condition. Height: 22 cm.

A rare bronze (copper tin alloy) incense tool holder, very finely cast in archaised Song Dynasty style. The square form neck is decorated alternately with Lingzhi fungus and stylized Acanthus leaves. Both are traditionally associated with resilience, good health and long life.

This item was made for the Chinese Scholar's Table in the 17th Century in the "Transitional Period" during the late Ming or early Qing Dynasties.

Oversized Chinese copperplate etching of two large white birds with prominent beaks (possibly two albatrosses) by Wu Wulong (b. 1956) titled "Under the Moon." The print is pencil-signed and titled in Chinese, dated 1986, and numbered 18/20 in the large bottom margin. Paper: 24" x 19 1/2" (image: 17 1/4" x 17 1/8"). Very good overall condition. There are a few pin holes in the upper margin. Some faint spotting and soiling is visible on the white birds, in the margins, and on the back...

This is a beautifully decorated Neolithic vase, standing just over 7" in height. While the body of the vase is intact and free of repair, it appears to me that the top may have been ground down, although I'm not 100% sure. Additionally, one or more of the four horn-like projections near the rim appear to have been reattached and/or replaced. Notwithstanding, the decoration and potting are superb, as the photos hopefully will show...

This is a painted earthenware double-loop handled vase of a type generally classified as Majiayao culture (Machang style). The piece measures just under 5-1/2" inches high and is completely intact and free of repair. Exceptional root marking is visible on the surface which is painted in a series of loops and swirls. Beautifully potted example.
