Quality early Chinese toggle of an old Sage resting; natural material; possibly converted to a netsuke in Japan; good patina and condition

A Chinese porcelain gourd-shaped vase in coral-red glaze. "Daqing Jiaqing Nianzhi" six characters mark inside the foot rim, and of the period. The vase is in excellent condition: no chip, no crack, no restoration, but just a few glaze scratches. Height: 6".

A rare and good one of blue and white large bowl with finely potted, decorated with continuously "Ruyi" scroll and lotus panels to exterior. Interior center with Lotus flower within double circle and surrounded by classic scroll to inner rim. Foot slight short with unglazed base showing very white tone. Yuan Dynasty Jindezhen ware. Condition is very good near perfect, only found a tiny chip visible on the last enlargement, otherwise no any chip, no crack and free from any restoration...

Large Chinese Qing dynasty blue and white porcelain basin with a central interior roundel decorated in the Canton style with a figure in a traditional pavilion in a landscape scene surrounded by water boats and a bridge. Hanging jewels extend around the circumference of the well and a border is along the rim. Three bamboo sprays are on the exterior. Chinese Qing dynasty blue and white export porcelain deep punch bowl decorated around the exterior circumference in the traditional Canton or Nanking pattern with figures on bridges and in boats on a lake, willow trees, and traditional buildings in a landscape scene. A circular panel in the center of the bowl holds a similar scene. A geometric band extends around the interior and exterior rim. Solidly 19th century. 11 1/4" diameter x 4 1/2" high. A Chinese Blue and white porcelain bottle vase from late Ming dynasty, circa 1600. Condition: There are two very faint hairlines on the top of the vase, and some kiln faults on the body. Please see photos for details. Height:9-5/8".

DESCRIPTION: A beautiful antique Chinese tobacco pipe, elegantly crafted from a long bamboo stem lacquered in red and black. The tip (bit) is carved from a pure white nephrite jade stone that is tapered and then flared to form the lip. The bowl and shank are crafted from silver metal, and bands of brass rings decorate each end. This pipe is in excellent condition and dates from the latter Qing Dynasty. DIMENSIONS: 17 ¼” long (44 cm).

A Chinese small box made of zitan wood on the walls and huanghuali wood on the bottom. A very thinly carved jade cover decorated with a picture on top depicting a scholar holds a lotus flower walking under a pine tree in a rocky mountain. Antique Chinese carved jadeite snuff bottle. The stone is speckled with variations of green including small striations of a brilliant apple-green color. The flattened globular formed body is carved with peony flowers on one side and lotus blossoms and birds on the other.

A white jade statuette depicting a boy holds a lotus flower and lotus seedpods. The statuette has a auspicious meaning of “連生貴子 - continuous birth of noble sons” （quote from Terese Bartholomew's book "Hidden Meanings in Chinese Arts). Qing Dynasty. A small Chinese porcelain plate decorated with famille rose enamel depicting a foo dog playing with a colorful ball. A six characters Qianlong mark is on the bottom and it was made in the period. The Plate is in perfect condition. Diameter: 6".

Song Dynasty Jun ware brush shaper or brushwasher. This was originally the base of flower vase which was later reworked into a scholar’s object. The brown clay indicates this was fired in Henan and in my opinion is representative of the kind that was acquired for the Imperial Qing collection rather then the more typical bowls and saucers. The top surface has more discoloration and minor scratches which indicates, that the repurposing was done some time ago...

He is placed on a rectangular podium and wears a fine robe in matching blue and turquoise glazes.
