Size: 1.75" x 1.75" x .75" Chinese Qing dynasty wucai porcelain scalloped edge ritual bell with double-dragon form handle decorated with eight polychrome mythical beasts set against underglaze blue crashing waves on a white ground. Two narrow bands are at the top. The interior is a pale aqua color. The scalloped edge is unglazed. 6 3/4” high. 19th century. Fine quality restorations have been executed to an old hairline in the interior of the bell and to a small area of damage at the scalloped edge...

He appears to be controlling an unhappy looking green demon with a turtle shell, sometimes called Shui Gui.
