$2,000.00 Standing Jizo Bosatsu, the right hand holding a shakujo (crozier) and the left a sacred jewel (hoju), sculpted from a single piece of wood and left unfinished. Late-Edo Period ca. 1850. Excellent condition, with only minor old loss to the figure's right ear lobe as well as old loss to two fingertips on the left hand.
Overall height, including the lotus-form dais: 42 cm A masterfully sculpted Jizo Bosatsu. Highly collectible.
