sold We like to present you this Korean Hori Mishima tea bowl for the Japanese Tea ceremony, made in the late 16th/early 17th century. It is a low wan shaped tea bowl. Its expertly thrown body with its lower part was trimmed with a potters knife and shaped into the typical Korean bamboo node foot, creating a chirimen (crepe de chine) effect at the bottom. Dated:정묘년 (丁卯年)-1867/1927), Spring.
Painted in color and ink on silk, inscription with date-丁卯年, Spring,
signed and sealed-the artist’s pen name-晩雲 and artist’s name-李漢基.
It’s in fine condition fairly with its age, it measures 35.3 cm x 97 cm (13 7/8” x 38 ¾”).

it measures 40cm x 29.5cm painting only, or 51cm x 41cm overall.

This table would be perfect for serving tea to guests or could be used as stunning display stand. In very good antique condition and very sturdy, it measures 17.5" x 11" high.

$750.00 Pair of Korean black lacquer over brass vases with mother-of-pearl inlay. The brass is re-purposed from unused artillery shells and the vases are heavier than one would expect. One of the rim looks a little irregular, but the were purchased in Japan, as is, in the first half of the 20th Century. They measure about 7 inches high.
