EUR €12,800.00 A Tokyo school ivory okimono, depicting Daruma in a symbolic episode of his life: the crossing of the Yangzi River. Bodhidharma seems to float on the carved ripples of the river standing on a lotus leaf.
He is portrayed with a serene and contemplative expression, showing a thick beard and long eyebrows. In his left hand, he holds an open umbrella, a symbol of protection, while his right hand forms the Om sign. Signed Gyokushū and Toshitaka under the base.

Large Satsuma ceramic bowl decorated with an elegant millefiori motif that combines chrysanthemums, wisteria, peonies, irises, azaleas and hydrangeas.
On the outer rim, the floral motif continues with rich detail and a three-dimensional effect thanks to the relief work. The upper edge is finished with a pure gold line, and the base is decorated with a gold ring that gives an imposing touch. Double Kinkozan signature, both impressed on the ceramic and painted in gold.
