Large Chinese green glazed stoneware storage jar with a dragon, rooster, and two deer looking at the Shou character for longevity. May have been used to store rice or possible a liquid as the inside is also glazed. In original, as made, condition, it dates 1850 or earlier.

Himalayan altar dedicated to Buddha, with an elaborate arch with two pillars resting on two lions. The Buddha himself is represented standing on a lotus, in "varada mudra", and is surmounted by a small Amithaba Buddha above his head. Bronze, with fine age patina. Nepal, early 19th century. A very large jade (nephrite) carving of a good luck ram.

The word for ram in Chinese sounds similar to the word for auspicious thus making this animal a symbol for good luck and prosperity. In Japan, the ram is one of the lucky Zodiac animals representing goodness, gentleness and harmony with the herd.

An antique Tibetan storage cabinet adorned with hand painted auspicious deities and good luck flowers. Two sets of doors open to spacious storage compartments. Keyfret carving below the top front eave. Hand hewn wood is evident to the back of the chest.

An antique Japanese Sendai Tansu in 2 sections made of Keyaki (Zelkova) and Sugi (Cryptomeria) woods. All original hand forged iron hardware including the stylized Mokko handles. Urushi lacquer finish and Chrysanthemum incised lock plates. Hinged security door hides two small drawers where valuables were stored.

A unusually elaborate pottery figure of a female court lady, Ming Dynasty (1368-1644 AD.), dating to late Ming period c. 1550-1650 AD.

The lady is dressed in a large thick robe, with AN imposing hairdress. she is wearing a shrine in front of her chest. She is placed on a round plints and glazed in torqouise and dark blue colours.

Nicely painted facial details, careful thick glazing and a fine expression.

A high Quality Chinese Tomb Pottery figure of a mounted horseman, Dating to the Ming Dynasty 1368-1644 AD.

Finely detailed warrior on horseback holding a shiled and a sword in his hands. Fully equipped with detailed armor in green and yellow glazed Sancai colors. Other details in white, black and red pigment. A high quality figure from around the Middle Ming period, ca. 1500-1550 AD.

Extremely rare and very unusual Guan Jar, decorated carved Mandari Ducks among Chrysanthemum scrolls flanked by Phoenix flight among the lotus and panels to the bottom. The mouth rim with diaper pattern and waves motif to the neck as well as two horizontal animal mask to the shoulder, covered overall with very beautiful greenish Qingbai tone near to celadon glazed to entire body , but it's obviously produced by Jindezhen Huthien Shufu ware of Yuan Dynasty 13th-14th Century. This ancient and dilapidated mask is ghoulishly frightening.
