SOLD Antique Chinese, 18th century, small bronze vase with incised decorative rings. It has three small feet on the base. It measures 6.5" tall 3.5" wide at mouth.

SOLD Antique Chinese bronze incensor with pair of peaches as lid. The body is incised with a commemorative message: indebtedness by the students, the giver of gifts, spring in the year of the dragon, one of a pair. Peaches are very important in chinese culture, they symbolize life, immortality, and good fortune. It has a hanging arm with a bat charm. It measures 20" tall with hanging arm, base 4" wide. 19th century, 1821-1850.

SOLD TO GERMANY Probably depicting an ancestor or a Taoist deity seated on a horseshoe back chair. H. 28 cm. Ming Dynasty (1368-1644). Very good condition with nice wear and patina. There is a repair to the left front leg of the chair. This repair was done in iron and seems to be a repair from the period of manufacture. Old collection number on the back. Provenance: Dutch private collection.

please enquire Qing Dynasty tripod censer made of bronze, with carving of horse n warrior riding, the geometrical pattern is typical chinese design found on textile, porcelain and etcs, it has the grass dragon but damaged and lost, the visible part left is the spilt tail only as the dragon body is broken and lost(the claw is still there, the cover is new/ later added as the original one also lost. The patina is naturally good...

A Ming bronze buddha was finely cast. In serene mood, the bronze buddha was preserved in very good condition by enduring old patina. The old gilt had been transformed into darken metal coatings. There're three casing holes were found within the pleats. They were rather than defects but were used for fastening to a base. The holes were overlooked from the frontal view. It was a fine good piece in small size but presented in grandeur look...

Sold to China - December 2011 售至中国 - 2011 年12月 A twin-handled bronze censer. The base carries the six character reign mark of the Xuande emperor (1426-1435) but this item was made later, possibly during the reign of the Kangxi emperor (1662-1722). This censer is from the collection of a British architect who was born in China and lived in Shanghai. It came to the UK with him in 1931...
Chinese bronze tripod ding censor with two upright arched loop handles at the rim. A geometric band encircles the rounded body. A comparison with porcelain forms suggests a dating of S. Song to Yuan dynasty for this vessel. 5 1/8"H x 3 3/4" diameter. There are original casting flaws on the legs and a slight dent in the body (see enlargement 6). This piece is from a Tucson, Arizona estate.

An archaic bronze seal was from Buddhist ritual. It was cast on the printing side with four ancient Zhuan characters: Fo Fa Seng Bao (Buddha, Buddha dharma, Buddha Followers, Buddha's Holy Treasures). There's a long slender knob on top of the seal. Three characters Wu Qiong Gang (Endless Strength) were inscribed on the upper side beside the knob. The seal was kept in perfect condition and was in darken patina due to long time of age...

A bronze Shakyamuni buddha was kept in very good condition. Had been gilt on the surface but just faded, there are only traces left in the pleats. It was rarely found that the under cover at the bottom was original when tickling sound was heard inside the hollow base. It hinted that the original devotion items were still kept within after 600 years. Date: 15th/16th century. Height: 11.3cm

In very good metal material, the ancient bronze figure was coated with darken patina and reflected with retrospective sheen.
