Jizo Bosatsu seated upon a lotus-form dais atop a rock-form plinth sculpted from a single block of wood, the right hand holding a gilt-copper shakujo (crozier) and the left a hoju (sacred jewel). Late-Edo Period ca. 1800. Partial loss of the gilt-copper necklace, and loss of the mandorla, originally attached to the figure's upper back.
