Even the bottom has the fan shaped decorative designs. This box is in excellent condition but not perfect because the bottom enamel edges show some table wear. The box measures 4 3/4 inches by 4 inches and is2 1/4 inches tall. It is not signed.

Perfectly formed and resting firmly on a well-grounded kodai (foot/ pedestal), this chawan is vivid, light in the hand, and has a calming presence.
