Sold, thank you! A complete set of 12 Tokkuri sake flasks by Imaizumi Imaemon XII enclosed in the original signed wooden box. Each is uniquely decorated with a delicately rendered image of one of the 12 animals of the Chinese zodiac. With a diverse enough crowd, each person could drink from their own sign. Each piece is in perfect condition. They are all identical in height and shape. roughly 14 cm (5-1/2 inches) tall and in excellent condition.

$1,200.00 Probably Tibet. Miniature Buddha in cast bronze gilded with the mercury technique. Under the base curiously we can see a Vajra cast in relief. The sculpture is simple rustic, the details are little or not chiseled, however the gilding is of the best quality, very thick and tends to flake.Traces of pigment on hairs and eyes. The style of the base with elephant and Buddhist Lions in front and crosses at the back, makes me think of the 15th century style.
No restaurations.

USD $1,250.00 A genuine Shan State Bronze Buddha, 17/18th Century, subduing Mara and sitting on a fine stepped throne. Front base has engraved Shan script. The Buddha is filled and heavy, not hollow.
