Antique Chinese pair of oxbow arm chairs with a matching rectangular stand, carved with a pierced scrolling vine motif, the heavy golden hardwood with classic Huanghuali "ghost eye" grain. Very heavy in weight.

Antique Japanese Takeda Ningyo doll depicting a samurai warrior wielding a staff. The samurai wears hand-embroidered garb, his helmet rested against his shoulder, the meadate in the form of a dragon's head. The realistic eyes and facial features are all hand-painted, portraying menacing determination. The doll stands on a wooden base with inlay.

A rare and finest early celadon covered box, decorated to the top with vividly carved incised flower spray. Covered overall with olive green glaze. Northern Song dynasty Yueyao. Condition is excellent, no any chip,no crack and free from repair. Diameter: 12 cm.

A rounded form bowl with slight inverted lip rim, covered overall with sky-blue glazed and a reddish splashes to interior. A fine large fan shaped sweetmeat dish decorated with a central motif of a wide mouthed baluster form vase flanked by a pair of rectangular shallow sand filled bronze trays, suiban, containing arrangements of Cherry, Camelia, Chrysanthemums and Pinkes. A splendid Chilong Dragon with a bifurcated tail is presented on the front of this unusual bottle. The material is limestone of a dark hue but under decent lighting exhibits a snowstorm of whitish inclusions.

A well-carved ivory snuff bottle depicting two of the sixteen Buddhist Arhat. The bottle is undoubtedly carved in Japan as the neck is made from a separate piece of ivory and screws into the body of the bottle. The carving style suits the subject matter and the bottle has a pleasing patina from handling. There is an unidentified studio marking on the base.

Approximately 5.7 cm high. Perfect condition.
